What an uninformed statement. Take your 2.0-3.5 GPA to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, etc. and see how far you get Best of luck

Going from undergrad A to grad school B does not a career make. . . usually.

Piled high and Deep, IMHO.

With something like a degree in womens studies.. wtf do you do?!

I can personally state from what I'm going through right now, it ABSOLUTELY matters both a) my GPA and b) where I go.

I've had hiring managers for jobs I'll be applying for when I graduate tell me straight to my face if I didn't graduate from a top-20, they throw away the applications. They get 100-1000 applicants for every job, so of course they're going to weed out the best and the worst

at my school, the business program was pretty widely known /well ranked, and the big4 did a fair amount of recruiting... but they really weren't going to even look at you unless you had a 3.0... i believe D&T was asking for a 3.4 or higher to even apply for anything.

my shitty 2.98 final GPA in college put me out of the running for a number of jobs straight out of college. it matters when they have a shit ton of applicants and they can afford to be picky.

Obviously a high GPA is important when applying for addtl schooling, which has zero to do with my comment.
