You don't need a ATA133 card for a CD-ROM since most run at Ultra DMA 2.
You can find them dirt cheap on eBay. I've got a Maxtor ATA100 card I could't give away if I tried.

heck, if you really don't mind giving it away, i'll take it. i'm currently using an ATA66 for my DVD-Rom cuz that's all i had lying around...
