I don't know if I'd go so far as to say they're perverted. It's definetly strange to think of a 13 year old in a sexual way, but that might just be our culture. If it were legal, and had been for a long time, I doubt anyone would think twice about it; people would start accepting it as commonplace.

Different cultures think differently...nobody is right, nobody is wrong. Hell, if the Romans lived today they wouldn't understand any of our laws since they began having casual sex at a very young age!
