One of these years I should take a road trip out there and see for myself. I had plans to go last year, but car repairs got in the way of those plans.

Meat , for some elegant cars in our area, the Father's Day show at Oakbrook Center is an excellent one. (Missed it this year, but last year was awesome.) And there's an AACA show in Lake Forest every summer. Just checked.....it's July 22nd. There are some elegant cars residing in LF that come out of hibernation for this event.

I go to Pebble Beach every year - it's almost hard to get excited for anything else....

I will be attending Meadowbrook this year. It is the first weekend in August.

The Lake Forest Show conflicts with the Brian Redman Int'l Challenge at Road America. The Oak Brook Show conflicted with the VSCDA event at Blackhawk. Racing wins over shows every time....
