The "DEFEKME" = Defect me, honda civic GL was pretty much riced up with larger shiny rims (im not sure how big) and lowered and a loud exhaust fitted. Basically its asking the police to defect him. I guess he thinks its cool to be defected.

The "ONDDOLE" = On the dole, Lexus IS200 has also larger shiny rims, and lowered quite low, loud exhaust and a body kit, i personally think its looks great. Like a rich boys car. (he is 19-20)
