Yeah because the insurance companies have never heard that one before
. FYI for every lawyer you can find the insurance company's have 10 on staff or retainer. Legalbill's letter was excellent. I work for an insurance company and found his letter to be very good. I would personally use it should I ever run into an issue. With some choice edits of course

Of course, in this case, the claims handler will have to give this letter to the claims manager and that person will likely authorize a few more $$ rather than give it to legal.
