just playing the devil's advocate here, but ever consider maybe she did something to provoke? I'm all for fairness, don't get me wrong, but when I deal with a cop, I'm cooperative... I don't give them attitude.... and in my mind, I feel that the people who aren't cooperative, and who do give attitude without justification do deserve the tough arm of the law....
