pretty funny. no surprise, there is an asshole tax in effect in general. you think the guy that busts chops at a car dealership gets the best price? no. you think the guy who waves his arms at a crowded bar gets the quickest service or strongest drinks? no. same principal provided by gov't employees.

not saying its right, just saying i'm not surprised.

EVERY case that has previously resulted in a conviction should be overturned, money refunded, and new trials granted if the county wishes to pursue them. (meaning if they think its justified, put up the cost of new trials or let it go)

The evidence was predjudicial and should never have been allowed, and the judges know it. Its a case of police trying to ensure convictions of people they don't like personally. They may be guilty, but let the evidence show that without trying to cloud the judge's mind.

Who cops?

I have seen many reasons why cops become cops. The majority now seems to be dick heads on a power trip that want to abuse others.

Then the minority are good cops who want to uphold the law and protect law abiding citizens from danger.

As for personal reasons, I dont really know. I wont even speak to a cop, and the only cops I have ever spoken to are in the family.
