It has nothing to do with not having enough balls. In the U.S., more specifically CA, LEO's have to watch their p's and q's. That incident would be frowned upon by the media and also the citizens. Imagine if he were black or of another ethnicity... The incident would then be called "racially motivated" by the public when it had nothing to do with racism and everything to do with someone stealing a car. However, this is America and when someone breaks into your house and slips or trips on YOUR BELONGINGS IN YOUR HOUSE they can sue for monetary damages and win...

 

Yea kind of asinine huh... I wish the US were more like that on thieves, killers and pedos.

You do bring a very valid point there. I do know they must watch their asses on how they treat hardened criminals because the medial and justice system always gives them a break. Its the more law abiding citizens and good civilians that are the victums of police brutality and seems almost everytime a cop beats someones ass or shoots someone who shouldnt be shot, he gets a slap on the wrist and paid vacation.

I do agree we have a problem here, I just wish they passes some kinda law that held police less liable for their actions when dealing with murders, child moestors, rapists and thieves. And a similar that would throw the book at cops who hurt innocent people for the hell of it.
