on day cops are gonna get a complaint of a pot smell, go to the house, hear a flush, kick the door in and run in the bath room, and beat up an old lady thats sitting on the toilet and legally smoking to ease her arthritis.

I'll make sure they see (and smell) my giant $hit before I flush.

Just freeball it when you open the door. That's what I'd do.

I'm pretty sure it will not pass a vote. It pretty much leaves the door wide open to our constitution then.
The key word is 'some' said they would approve... probably not the majority but we shall see, I do have very little faith in our justice system anymore

This is the direction they have been going on for some time now and is the over all goal. I can list pages of examples and total BS laws that have passed spitting in the face of our rights.

I can see it passing the vote easily and its only going to gain momentum from there, one huge snowball of a cum shot to the people from the govt and its policia queefs.

I don't think the Supreme Court is going to back up the police actions in this one. They were fishing in the first place. The fact that "some" court members might do so is why we have more than one person on the court.
