Clarification on the orignal question... it is technically having an affair if say for example, your not married, but she is?

Statistically, couples over the age of 35 who marry have a much better chance of staying together than those who marry under the age of 35. I'm sure maturity has allot to do with that!

Consult with your attorney first. Getting caught in a criminal conversation/alienation of affection jurisdiction (I have no idea about Canada) could be expensive...
