Yea that's exactly what I was thinking. I was kinda pissed at Jack and his inner circle tho. After all the sh*t they went thru to get that recording, they leave Chloe by herself in the conference room with a laptop to fix it up omg c'mon Jack shoulda been standing guard or something

Yea Logan had the secret service guys beat on him probably. I actually hate Miles more than Logan right now. I was yelling at the TV "Kill your self Logan!" Then Miles fawked it all up. I hate the secretary too, she should be fired the president clearly said he didn't wanna talk to anyone from CTU and she just had to throw that part in "he said it's about Jack Bauer" damn it!

dicknose miles did have some sort of scrambler in his hands.. probably some magnetic scrambling frequency thing. so lame. jack should have played the damn tape right there in the hallway so he could have had 10 more witnesses, then they should have made 10 copies IMMEDIATELY.

miles has no reason to be a wannabe hero. he needs to be killed, and gruesomely....

i thought the president was going to cap martha first, since she knows evidence, then cap himself... dammmmit!

this was merely the writers' way of putting another twist in the story so that they can have 3 more episodes of material to present. chloe was left there alone, cuz no one in the building was suspected to be a mole. even chloe, who has the keenest suspicion of people had no idea of miles' plans. miles is not trying to be a hero, nor is he part of the scheme. his choice to help out the president is motivated by personal ambitions. by helping out the president, he hopes to be granted special favors by the president in the future, possibly via promotions, etc.
