i do not understand what is wrong with him. he can obviously move his legs. he bends at knees, his feet move independently. is this kid actually crippled or is this just promotion. look at video closely.

I do not know the medical condition, but I do know someone who used similar crutches and he could still "move" his legs in the normal sense, but they were very "weak". This kid seems to be the same way, albeit to a lesser extent.

There was a vid going around the net a while back with a black guy break dancing and he could to push ups with his legs in the air and all sorts of crazy ground work and it turned out that he had a similar disability that forced him to get by using his arms as legs.
