Honestly I can't say I'd really recommend any supplement to the OP because they are not necessary unless you've been lifting for quite awhile(1+year Routinely).

Hitting extra reps won't do jack for muscle definition or size as you'd be loading your muscles beyond 80% of your max which is more ideal for strength building than size. There is no rep range that will allow you to get both muscle definition/size and Strength at an equal rate.Only way would be to add steroids into the equation.Plus Whats gonna happen to that extra rep when you cycle off?

Of all the so called performance enhancers I've never found one that as allowed me to move more weight outside of the bench press/squat/leg press .Your arm/shoulder muscles simply lack the ability to perform in the same way as your larger muscles.

High reps for Size/definition and low reps for strength.

After you got some serious time lifting under your belt I'd recommend an NO product if your after endurance and a beach body and a creatine supplement if your goals is to move some serious weight around.

What? no seriously, in the beginning strength IS size, I don't mean to come off rude here, but the whole "definition" thing is just stupid. Its just a stupid term people use to get you to buy the bow flex or the perfect push up or whatever they are trying to sell you.

You have muscle, and you have fat, less fat = more visable muscle maybe thats what having definition is, its not some magical rep range.

OP if you are SERIOUS, PM me, but only if you are ready to change your life, everything you eat, the time you sleep, everything you do, if you are willing, I am willing to spend some time teaching you what you need to know, and showing you where to go for good info.

I don't usually get into this conversation often due to everbody being an expert in lifting, but my offer stands, but I would also like to add, if you are not THAT serious, you are likely wasting your time in the gym anyway, making mediocre gains year in and year out like the rest of the guys out there.
