Cutting s2000 videos

I have a video i'd lost to post but it's to long. What free software can I use to cut. It's in *.MOV format..

MOV is a Quicktime based file. Final Cut is based on Quicktime so you can do it with that. Other programs like Adobe Primear MAY be able to open up and edit that codec but I don't know for sure.

Or you could just post it and let everyone know that it's not 56K friendly. You can download Quicktime Viewer for FREE at Apple's website.
