Yeah... that's around my neighborhood.

Everyone around here is pretty frantic because it's totally senseless and seems purely random. What's wrong with people these days?

boy i'm glad i left DC area. that place is crazy even without random shootings. THis is definately something you wouldn't expect outside of SE.
