well depends how you look at it too. If you consider single life to be crappy. I'm perfectly happy being alone and I'd be perfectly happy to be in a relationship too (Assuming it's the right one). I've accepted the fact that at the end of the day you're stuck with yourself no matter what. I also learned to be comfortable by myself and that dying alone isn't the worst thing in the world.

Without a job, you have lots of time but no money. If you have just a job but am single, you have money and time. If you have just a woman but no job, well...we won't go into that.

Lastly if you have both, then you have less money, less time and more responsibility! Life is good sometimes when you have both, but sometimes it's a lot to balance. If you can find a balance though then good on you.

they say that when you meet the right person, you know right away. Then how come when you meet the wrong person, it takes you a month to find out they're the wrong person? lol

You aren't f**ked unless you live in a state thatcares about that stuff. In Florida it doesn't matter if you cheat when it comes to divorce or child support or property disbursement.

The tape thing may not matter or it may even be illegal. In Florida, BOTH people have to know it is being recorded, your state may be different.

The thing you have to get over is losing the stuff, the lawyers are the enemy, not the wife. Even weathy people spend HUGE amounts of money on lawyers only to have nothing left at the end.

Be nice to the woman, give her some stuff, maybe more than she deserves. In a year you will be happier and she will be be competing for another man with a woman 10 years younger than she is and wish she had you back. Trust me, they always want to come back. Date some models and strippers, NEVER LET ANYONE MOVE IN WITH YOU!!!! They'll never want to leave. I would even say get two phones, one for normal people and one for chicks you are banging.

As far as the S, Ridgeline, Vibe and hatch, some are going to go away. Child support will be hefty, pray she doesn't need rehabilitative alimony and you will come out intact.

But make no mistake, she will be taking a pile of your possessions, let them go. But better her than the Lawyers. In the long run it is WAAAYYY cheaper. Divorce lawyers are scum, they know what you have and work together to take everything from the both of you. There is a special place in hell for divorce lawyers (no all lawyers, just divorce lawyers). She may even make an offer about what she wants, it may actually be low, very low. It happened to me, my ex-wife asked for about a third of what I thought she would get as outlined by our pre-nuptual agreement which she never understood. She was afraid of me crushing her in court or being tied up in court for YEARS. We went to a cheapy divorce service, paid the $700 in legal fees and I gave her that cash so f**king fast that before she knew she got f**ked it was over. NO LAWYERS!!!! I kept the house (I paid for it), the S, the vette, the Accord, my Sea Dweller Rolex she got a beat up 325i convert and cash. Weeks later I gave her a few TVs and artworks since I renovated the house and bought 7 flatscreens, tones of marble and granite and new artwork that my interior designer picked out.

it's true, with myspace, twitter, fb, youtube, 15minutes of fame has never been closer. We're in the age of DYI celebrity. Everything is "i" this and "i" that.

I don't hate women, in fact I love them. I don't blame them for acting this way, when you're bound to make less money than a man, when you're stuck with child bearing and raising, and when each year a new crop of 18 yr olds turn legal and they get tossed aside like last year's technology. I guess I have some sympathy for the devil. If you think about it, looks can only get them so far. Especially when its got a short shelf life of 10 years. It's no wonder that online dating sites have more men than women in the 18-27 bracket while women easily outnumber men in the the 27-40 bracket .

It's stories like fishfry's that I never want to get married. What a transition from the day you say I do to throwing money at the person to make them go away. And he got off easy!

Also, adding to my post. A job is not a decision for the most part but a woman is. You don't HAVE to have a woman or gf, but you have to have a job. (For the majority of us anyways who haven't won the lottery yet) And that's a choice that we all have to make.
