Confidence. A 5'1" pimple faced, broke, S2000less (had to add that) white/black/hispanic guy isn't going to get play because odds are he'll be intimidated by a 6' blonde bombshell, and odds are the competition is going to be extremely stiff. If you had a short, fat, broke guy next to a muscled up, paid, tall dark and handsome guy, who do you think is going to get the girl? This transcends race, it's just a fact of life. It's unfortunate though that a lot of Asian guys in college don't fall into the realm of body building athletes, but in teh same breath you see the white, black, etc guys of the same stature and they're probably facing the same problems. American people want American strengths, independent, strong, protecting, etc. A guy can be of any race, but if they lack this they'll lose appeal.
In truth, it is kind of hard to see a 130lb asian engineer major running through gunfire and driving a muscle car while holding a sawed off shotgun, and to be fair it's kinda hard seeing a 250lb white linebacker play the role of a quantum physics professor (although my stats professor was).
But if most (doesn't even have to be all, just more than say 60%) 110lb asian guys exhibited confident, if not dominant/non-compliant/confrontational/aggressive, behaviors, there wouldn't be a stereotype. For the most part, being whatever race doesn't predispose you for anything (although there are exceptions, and some races have more exceptions than others, but that's called talent), watch some Pride FC, match up two guys of teh same weight and stature (particularly look in the lightweights, Gomi dominates that division) and see what a motivated, trained Asian can do, lol.
What does piss me off though is girls who say I don't date ______ and don't have even a mediocre reason like my folks wouldn't approve. So if you took Jason Scott Lee vs. Kevin Federline, you'd choose Kevin? That makes no friggin sense. I mean sure I have my preferences like I'm not real big on Black women, but if I had Tyra Banks next to Britney Spears, I'll choose Tyra Banks in the morning without her weave in anyday.
