Delayed IPO For Facebook? Sucks :(
I think the people who think they are entitled to a big piece of the pie because they'd in some way contributed to the initial idea, are vastly over valuing their contribution.
Many great ideas come and go by the waste side. It takes nothing but a few minutes of free time to cultivate one. It takes a heck of a lot more, including risks, to put the idea in motion and grow it. It's kind of like someone walk up to a farmer to demand half his harvest because he contributed in obtaining the seed.
Of course, I don't know the whole story behind Facebook so I am not passing judgement on the specific people filing the suit. I am just commenting from a general standpoint.

I think it started going downhill when they opened it up to anyone with an e-mail address. When I signed up you had to have a valid, active college e-mail to get on board.
