Digital Photo Printing

I'm trying to print my parents photos that they took with their digital camera during a trip to China. There are over a 1000 shots!! Just wondering if you guys know the cheapest one out there?

Last time I went to costco, their digital prints were at $0.17. It's always been the best deal I've seen around my area.
