FYI, I own SparkReality Productions, a startup of 2 people (myself and my buddy Rick) who are working with a comic book studio to help do CGI for their movie as well as make our in house movie series, Farseer

We use 3D Studio Max 5 & 6 (once Rick gets his head out of his ass and gets the upgrade installed 
)
As for the promo, that pic was made in about an hour and a half, most of which was getting the bloody atmosphere the right opacity, and even now it looks crappy. We have a much better pic coming for the second promo, so do not despair! ^__^
