Dateline NBC love doing those hidden camera inspection so they did this real interesting one. Heres a preview....

LOL, I used to work at taco bell and we never used gloves. We did have to frequently sanitize our hands and anytime we left the line, we had to wash and sanatize after drying. Imagine using gloves....just cuz tey are gloves, dont mean they are clean!!

oh man.....Yeh near my college theres a ton I mean a ton of like Terryaki, pakistani, chinese etc internatioanl restaurant food places in an area called the University district. I'm sure they would have so many violations. Its almost like Taco Bell, like one out of 4 times you know your gonna get the runs after eating at one of those places. A couple of my freinds even had food poisoning but hey the food tastes good....Its funny I'm sure if they knew the inspector wasn't coming it would have been the same or worse in the second link.

Some of the older restraunts in the U District are dirty as sh!t, however alot of the fast food restraunts have been renovated which kind of insures saftey to an extent... Who's working behind the counter that's even worse than a dirty facility.
China town is a perfect example, the facilities are run down, but the food always fresh and bomb as F... Untrustworthy MF's or known to be shady minimum wage workers they're the ones that do wierd sh!t to the food, boogers, hair, spit, DAMMMN.
