Default Disappearing License Plate Cover

Hey everyone, I heard some people talking about it. . then I found this link that proves it exist. NOW, does anyone know where it can be bought at? I did a quick search and I cannot find anyone that sells it.

Here's the vid link (I'm sure the vid is probably a re-post)

Why?

Try to outrun the police...9 times out of 10 they'll catch you anyway.

Automatic cameras, you'll have to react in time.

it is probaly that privacy glass that when a electric current runs though it, it fogs the glass. something to do with 2 panes of glass with a gas or crystle something in between that reacts to the electricty and they line up and block the view. i have seen it used as windows in abulances, doors they even used in on pimp my ride. or it could just be some video editing.

In Texas you can't have a cover over your license plate of any kind. Probably just for that reason.

But I sure would like to find that anyway.

They sell covers similar to that at Kragen in California, except it blurrs the plate if you are not directly behind the car. So it still allows cops behind you to see your plate, but not photoradar or red light cameras, or people in other lanes.

Not trying to out-run the police neccesarily. . . However it could possible help. Where I am at alot of times I don't want my license plate to be displayed. Like car shows / meets and alot of places where photo's are taken.
