Running up some legal issues there CThree? Heh, not that it provides much of a deterrance. I believe that it's more of a beureaucratic issue than anything else.
I don't really think it's meant to deter anyone. It's more a fact of our overly-litigious society. It's quite common to put warning labels / discalimers on everything nowdays. Hey, when McDonalds needs to tell you not to put a cup of coffee between your legs while driving, you definitely have a problem.
