Here's my ghost story, one second hand, and one my own experience

I was traveling in China on a summer camp kind of thing. The chinese government had beeen building these student centers on top of old cemetaries, because that was the cheapest land. There was this particular student cemetary that was famous for being haunted.

I knew a person that stayed there the previous summer. They bunk you 6 people to a room. At night when they wer all sleeping, they suddenly heard a ball bouncing in the bathroom. Like a child's play ball.

The next morning someone brought it up and everyone was like..."I heard it too..."

Here's my story. I stayed at that same student center the following year. Bunked 6 people to a room like before. One of my roomates was in the bunk immediately next to mine, and in the middle of the night I hear him say "Jason (that's me), why are you just standing in front of my bed?" I was actually lying in bed, but he swears WAS a hooded figure standing in front of him.

So I said "What? from my bed, and it dawns on him that something is not right. He screams so loud, he wakes up everyone else. One guy does a commando roll out of his bed and comes up with a flashlight. There was nothing there... But it's not over.

We all go back to sleep and then 10 minutes later, my friend screams again. He swears that a woman ghost was floating over his bed. Everyone wakes up, none of us see anything, but he and I go outside and spend of the night sitting on the porch waiting for the sun to come up.

^^ Your friend was hallucinating. So all those ghosts just happened to "pick on" him? Anyway, as previously said, ghosts are just the pigment of imagination and hallucination.

Lemme start off with this: I am an engineer with very logical senses. Spent 6years studying electricity and physical sciences so I really have 0 tolerance for pseudo-science/metaphysics stuff.

My college gf was very spiritual and she always tried to get me to feel the karma/spirit thing. Her mom was even more so but very friendly. I had the unpleasant experience of staying the weekend at her parents 150 yr/old 3-story victorian.

I was about to tell the story of the spooky weekend but im getting spooked just thinking about it...lets just say i have tried to block that weekend out of my brain.

My Mr Spock side says there is a perfectly logical explanation.

cats, dogs, and many other animals can hear sound frequencies that humans cannot. what you assume to be a "sense" that these animals possess may be no more than their hearing sounds from frequencies that we can't hear. that doesn't necessarily mean there's anything supernatural invloved.
Actually, they say ghosts communicate in frequencies we cannot hear. Maybe cats and dogs can hear them.

I personally haven't had any experiences, but I'm not one to say it's impossible.

When my grandfather died (I was 14) I was a church with an old girlfriend. She was an usher or something... anyway. I was there and my grandfather was in the hospital, hospice really (for anyone who doesn't know what hospice is, it is where they put the terminally ill, the ones who will be dead within days or weeks.) So anyway, I was at church and I was sitting there bored out of my mind as usual, having said a pray for my grandfather I sat and looked around, when.... This terrible feeling came over me. I knew, with no reason, that he had died. My girlfriend later came up to me and said "Are you alright?" I said sure, but I think my grandfather is dead. I guess her sister, who was sitting next to me, noticed I had turned completely pale, like I had "seen a ghost or something" She wanted me to call and check and what not, but being 14 I did not want to hear the news.
I get home that night, my mom (her father was the one who died) is balling her eyes out and she delivers the bad news, I had already known but this was it point blank. I ask here when, and she says the time, which of course is the same time I was at church.

For all the non believers.... I don't really buy this shit either. But I am smart enough to understand that there are things greater than the human mind can comprehend. Things that we don't understand, things that are out there that we may never understand. I am not a religous person (funny story to post and then say that) I don't like calling my self an athatheistnce I just don't know. So ghost in my book would mean "souls" and that is something I really don't believe in. I guess its just something me you and the next guy are not supposed to understand.
Perhaps it is all hhallucinationsand half truths, or that my story was just a coincidence and Hollywood has gotten us to believe in things that aaren'tthere.
But to think that there is nothing "abnormal" in this world, and abnormal ooccurrencesare not real because todays science can find no llogicalreason for it to exist is lunacy.

I am not a cconspiracyttheoristor a crazy, but I think that anyone who does not believe that there is life (a single cell counts as life, don't think advanced life) on another planet is an idiot. We are on 1 of 9 planets (and that number seems to be growing) on 1 or an almost infinity number of stars, and there are people telling me there is nothing else out there? Talk about an ego.

Sorry for the long post......... and.......Im.......done.

I wonder if the UFO/Aliens are connected to ghosts.......The grey species are clones/drones without spirits and emotion.

For God's sake, I just wanna see some damned thing, ghosts, aliens, epiphany, etc., I don't give a crap. I wanna see something, damn it! That's it! One day soon, I'm gonna go sleep at a cemetary and hope to see some cool shit.
