Tritium Pie, everything you said makes perfect sense to me and I agree. Im just posting a tidbit of what these people are willing to testify to under oath to our congressmen. I asked for everyones oppinion in the first post and I thank you for posting yours. Keep laying it on me if thats how you feel.

Originally posted by bobby I would probably have to say yes on that one. We are now at a point where we could (and probably will sooner or later) destroy ourselves with nuclear weapons and have the ability to send machines to other planets with the same devices. The mars rovers are a good example. There are numerous witnesses from the Disclosure Project that have said, and have documents to prove it that ufos have been spotted above many different nuclear facilities and have rendered our nuclear weapons inoperable. Sometimes 10 out of 10 missiles on site. These missiles are independent from one another as well so if there is a problem with one it doesnt effect another.
From the replys posted so far I dont think anyone has watched the press conference. If you don't want to or don't care thats cool, just pass the info to people that might be interested. Even my wife who doesnt care for sci-fi anything (she fell asleep in the movie theater during the recent Star Wars movies) watched it and was really interested.

ummm. first you make the point about us having weapons of mass destruction (had to throw that phrase in there! ) and then our ability to send these devices to other planets. you make this point in response to my question "Are we really worth the expense of visiting?" as if nuclear weapons are a matter of concern for visiting alien species. and you make this point as if you yourself hold this belief, and thus disagree with me.

then in your second response, you say you agree and that in fact you're just citing some congressional sources. as if it's not really your opinion. well, your first response seemed to indicate it was a belief you personally held. but then in your second you step back and say, "hey I'm just pointing this stuff out that others have said! but keep laying it on me if that's how you feel."

either way, I didn't mean to come across as "laying into you" in my response. I shoulda thrown a few and in there.

but, when your responses are inconsistent from one to the next, then I will lay into you in the manner I just did. I don't mind differing opinions, I just mind inconsistent ones. and I definitely enjoy a good, light-hearted debate.

Why not? I think it is very arrogant to think that this is the only planet to be able to support any type of life!

i dunno about ufo's, but i sure believe in extra-terrestrials simply because the universe so incredibly large such that the probability of them existing is so high.

now, if the universe is infinite then there is no doubt there are ufos, aliens, heck... even clones of you and me in some parallel universe out there
