Buying the wife her X-Mas present went to the store today. At this store you pick the jewelry and then you sit on a couch while she went to do the credit card and wrapping . As I'm sitting there Joe Metrosexual was bragging to the girl he was with about how much money he spent here. I hate to shop the wife buys most of my stuff. I got tired of hearing this"player" and looked at the girl and told her if he really did that much business with the store they would come to him , instead he came to them like Joe SixPack . The sales girl came back and gave me this ghey little bag with the earrings . I told her I had more crap to buy and no way in hell would I walk around carrying this little sissy bag. She even told that people like to carry this bag so others could see they had shopped here. I told her those are some pretty insecure dumbasses. As I got up to leave Metro looked like he wanted to say something to me , so I stood there waiting for a second then left.They held my stuff until I was done and then I threw there bag in the bigger I had.

But heck first thing I do when I buy a car is pull all the logos off. Honda isn't paying me to advertise for them why would I do it for free .

 

Sexier packaging does make an impact. WFO above just proved the point rather than going to a discount retailer to buy his stuff he went to a much nicer place that well is just better packageing. Next time buy it at the cheap place and leave the people alone to do their shopping.
