top eating fast food, stop drinking soda, stop eating sugar from anything other than fruits, etc. Try to limit sugar intake from things such as pasta sauce. Stop eating enriched white flour and white rice.. so no white bread, pasta, etc. You know what is unhealthy, so stop eating it. It's quite simple.

Any man who thinks an omelette for breakfast w/ whole wheat toast, grilled chicken or turkey sandwich for lunch, and a fat steak w/ a baked potato for dinner tastes like chalk should move to Somalia and eat nothing but rice and poison ivy, because he's a douche bag.

breakfast -- eggs, oats, whole wheat cereal, ww toast, ham, chicken, steak, peanut butter, cottage cheese.

lunch -- a sandwich on whole wheat, or last nights dinner.. whole wheat pasta w/ chicken, steak stir fry, whatever..

dinner -- meat or fish, vegetables, ww pasta, brown rice, etc

Your goal should be to eat a source of protein at every meal, and a balance of carbs and fats.. one or the other, or a bit of both, at every meal. Good fats come from eggs, dairy products, nuts, natural peanut butter, olive oil, fish oil. Not from taco bell.
Poison ivy... !!

not sure who the hell can eat Cottage Cheese. I have eaten grubs from my lawn and they taste better than Cottage Cheese.

I ate eggs for breakfast and plan to cut my soda's back to 1 a day or none eventually (probably dreaming on that one)....

why is white rice unhealthy?

I like that mapmyrun site, I once ran in Dallas and... I got back to the hotel and the people at the front desk asked me where I went and I told them, their jaws fell to the floor, they were like...if you looked at someone wrong in that section you would have gotten shot! I had stumbled through a heavy gang area.

Lucky for me, I get in the zone and only look ahead

Now I always talk to the locals before going anywhere!!!
