appetite?

I feel like I can eat an abnormal amount of food. I'm not a little guy by any means, so a bit more food is expected to fill me up.

How much food can you eat in one sitting and feel full? How fast do you eat it?

IMO people have no idea how much food they should eat, and they eat too quickly to realize they're full and should have stopped two portions ago.

I was curious as to how much people ate and how fast because several years ago I suffered from Schatzki's ring in my esophogus. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schatzki_ring

Ever since I took some everclear shots, the ring seems to have gone away and I can chow down on food very quickly. Whereas when I had the ring, I could choke on a piece of rice.

What I don't get is how I can eat a big meal and then be starving like an hour later.

 

super fast metabolism.......my brother will eat like 6 jr bacon cheeseburgers from wendy's and then an hour, hour and a half later, he will be starving.

 

My metabolism is slow as hell, and I can eat buckets of food and be hungry in 10 minutes. If I don't eat, my hands start shaking.

 

Naw, I don't think it's my metabolism. I aint that thin. No fatty either, but I could stand to drop some pounds...
