I know you're relatively new to this board Souljah, but this topic has been done to death. I was always the one calling the street racers idiots and all I got for it was $hit, so good luck.

There are a lot of kids here who believe that they are manly ONLY if they challenge, or respond to the challenges of other immature drivers.

OK I'm going to stop now because my righteous indignation is starting to flare up and I'm all out of tranquilizers!

Souljah is pretty new to the board. I race everyone and their mom. Im sure at least half the people on the board has raced someone in their time, or enjoys racing in their ride. Im sure i do. I just killed an M3 over the weekend

Like djohnston said, racing has been talked about a lot here and for obvious reasons. You get the whole spectrum of thoughts on the safety of street racing on this board.

I can say this, street racing is not about being manly at all. It can be very exhilarating and a big rush.

I used to race anyone anywhere any time. I now have a lot of trouble getting people to race me, which is weird. I don't try very hard though.

Don't get me wrong, I also agree it can be very dangerous but very fun nonetheless.

I wouldn't call it racing so much as coordinated spirited driving with a fellow automotive enthusiast...

I do race with passengers in the car, but I don't go nuts. Maybe a quick run from 0 - 75, nothing in the realm of triple digits. I always make it a point to save my own crazy driving for when i'm alone, people often get too frightened anyway unless it's one of my closest friends.

I race with passengers in my car, but it's always a tie unless they move their seat forward.
