We are going to try that recipe in the next couple weeks when we get all the ingrediants. We have most of it already. I will let everyone know how it works out.

Here we have "Burnin' Bayou" hot sauce which is some company's rebranded sauce that the sold to our restaurant. One drop on a cracker and I was on the ground. Water makes it worse, and they were out of milk. 30 minutes later and I was still pissed off. I have no idea how many scoviles it has.?

I have a bottle of Endorphine Rush, Blair's After Death Sauce, and 911 Sauce.

Of the three, I like the 911 sauce because it has flavor! The other two are just heat, and I agree with everyone else that heat without flavor just doesn't cut it.

My tolerance is built up to about 150,000 scovilles. I can eat habenaros for breakfast if I feel the need. So I can't wait to try that chili.

If you like HOT sauce with a lot of flavor, the best I have found is Ring of Fire. They have a couple of different flavors. Great stuff. (I think it is ringoffire@juno.com)

As for really hot, I like to add the Dave's Insanity Private Reserve to my wing sauce. With a toothpick!

I never really tasted a bottled sauce I cared much for. One of the best salsas I ever had is from Yucatan. They call it Ixni Pec, Mayan for dog vomit. No one seems to know why.
3 ripe habaneros
3 green habaneros
juice of one orange
juice of one lime
3 or 4 garlic cloves chopped real fine
a little salt
real simple, but really delicious
