Does anyone know what these are? (pics)

Those things look like they're glowing in the dark. Are they, or is it just the lighting in the tank that's making them look like that.

Hey Kwando,

Those koi are pretty cool. Bet they were expensive. There is a place close by my house that sells koi, and I know they're not cheap.

That's the first time I've ever seen koi in an aquarium. I usually see them in big ponds.

Hey Kwando, I kept Discus Fish for years. You're doing very well if they spawn, as they require acidic soft water. Mine used to spawn anywhere except where they were supposed to... up the side of the glass in the tank, on leaves, on the glass heater tubes, on filter tubes. I used to put the textbook stuff in there for them to spawn on, a piece of old tile or an inverted pot, but they'd always ignore it.

These are some of the most beautiful tropical (Non marine fish) you will ever see folks. native of only the Amazon, they come in brown, blue, green, red, and some hybrid varieties now. Good specimens are very expensive! A tank full of well grown specimens is a wonderful sight. They're not easy to keep let alone breed! Kwando is doing very well to breed them!!
