Does switching time twice a year make sense?

Also, there are dozens of countries besides the US that use it.
After Every Daylight savings time change I walk around for 2 or 3 weeks, never knowing what time it is, changing my sleep habits, and other nusiances.
It just doesn't do my body good.
Might Be easier without changing the clocks twice a year, but then I woudn't have to wonder what time it is now.

Damn shame I recently purchased 3 wristwatches!
Now I got some advancing to do. And the cell phone, and the car, and the 2 alarms that never wake me up in the morning, and the TV, and the stove, and the 4 wall clocks, and the, and the, and the...
But all grumbling aside, I luv the extra daylight!!!

I think it's a PITA. I thought we had a few years in the late 70s when we didn't change for some reason. Surprisingly, I thought it was because THAT was the Energy Crisis?
I wish it would just stay the same.
