Default does your head touch the headrest when driving?

I have seen mostly older ladies who have the seat completely upright with their head resting against the headrest.... that is just not comfortable for me.

What do most people here do?

I've noticed some people that have the back of their heads plastered to the headrest. Seems to prevent them from looking around as much.

My carpool buddy slams his head against the headrest and sees about 1/3 of the things I see b/c he never turns his head, whether he is driving or the passenger.

Maybe I carried this over from my cornerback days but, "Keep that head on a swivle, head on a swivle!"

No headrest rest for me.

I usually do not, but sometimes on long trips I'll throw the head back in there and try to stretch a little ...

Mine does not touch unless the car has adjustables that tilt forward like on my MR2. But then it feels goofy.

If I'm on a long drive, every once in awhile I lean my head back against the headrest to relax my neck muscles. There's nothing worse than driving for 4-5 hours with your head upright, then getting out of the car and realizing you have virtually no range of motion with your neck.
