The scammer used the magic word

I will post the tracking numbers myself. Its DHL Fault Not Mines. I said I will assist on filing the claim. I insured the wheels. Stop trying to lie.

Can't believe I read all 15 pages.

Essentially guy "sells" same set of wheels to two people. He uses other people's pictures for the wheels leading everyone to believe wheels don't exist, turns out he's a scammer all over the place and there's currently like 15 forums all contributing info on him. He's been using proxies for a while, and they have what seems like 40-60 different ones, and have his area pretty much narrowed down. The douche doesn't really know how to use photoshop to remove license plate numbers so some members fixed that so now they have plate numbers from his last few cars.

As the world is falling down around him, he's giving the two guys he's scammed their money back, but it appears they're still pressing charges. And, nicely, the guys who got scammed aren't revealing much info as far what they've done involving officials, but have said that things are in the works.

Honestly if you have an hour to kill, check it out. Very intertaining thread.
