seriously though some designers are bringing them back. i personally think they look dated most of the time, unless the fitment is 100% perfect. for example, the fit on this one is nothing less than excellent and i would definitely wear something like this. the more it fits your figure, the better. this also makes it more suited to slimmer people. you would also need a more long-toed shoe to pull it off imo:
