Looks like it, I missed the rally from 9900, though. I'm in money market
waiting for the next terrorist attack. Market will go down & I'll get back in.
Greenspan says we are showing signs of forming a structure to the bottom.

 

Yea, only it's one step back for every two steps up until the big jump comes. Those sitting on the sidelines with $ waiting to jump in will miss the big jump when it does happen.
