I think he was trying to make some sort of hunting platform also. Serves a dual purpose, provide downforce, and go hunt for animals.

That is a true multi-purpose vehicle (can you say SUV??! remeber S for Sport!), in addition to providing massive downforce you can use the platform when moving (to transport boxes, couches etc.) or to participate in parades (serves as a mini stage), or an observatory for the matter........wow, the possibilities are endless!!.

Bwahahaha!

That reminds me of this Chevy Cavalier that parks at my school... It is riced out with all this fake stuff. The 'rims' are just hubcaps, he/she put a plastic homemade scoop on the hood, there is a funky spoiler and that sticker crap over the taillights that makes it look like little circle lights. there is an 01 sticker on the gas cover thing. It is hilarious. He/she is obviously making fun of ricers. I should take a pic of the car and show ya'll.

maybe, but you are looking at the tires, right? looks like aluminum foil hub cap tapped to the wheel.
