Yes, Deal's Gap, aka, The Dragon is 11 1/2 miles long and has 318 switchbacks. It is in the middle of an area that is saturated with some amazing drives. Cherohala Skyway, Foothills Parkway, Blueridge Parkway. It's driver's heaven...
