WTF

I don't even think that much water would be good for you.

I quite often drink 2L maybe even as much as 3L a day (probably even 4L on a bad day), diet sodas mostly but w/ the caffeine...and I have been for 20 years or so. No problems here. From Diet Coke to Diet Dr. Pepper to Pepsi One for most of the last 10 years.

Although I have cut back within an hour or 2 of bed time so I'm able to sleep.

i'm pretty sure i read that the half-life of caffeine in our bodies is around 6 hours. so if you're drinking that much caffeine in a day, cutting back within an hour or two of bed is doing nothing for you...

I'm pretty sure drinking 10L of anything in one day will leave a person just a little worse for the wear.

WTF? who drinks 10L of cola a day!?!?!? Pretty sure ontop of being paralyzed your teeth will rot out of your mouth from all the sugar! Not to mention bouncing off the walls all day like a 6 yr old with adhd!

That's kind of what I'm thinking... there was awhile there that I was drinking about two liters of pop a day, and I decided to cut way back.

There's only one way anybody could actually afford to drink 10L of pop in one day:
