Heir. To a really big fortune. It's a full-time job inheriting and spending the big bucks.
Otherwise, I'd probably say physician's assistant or pharmacist. Both can make $100K+ without too much work (8-5 job, typically) just about anywhere in the country.

No such thing as an easy job. Find something you really like to do, with people you really like and it will make it easier. I'm good friends with most of the people I work with, makes my day less stressful.
