I hear that's a big problem in Europe too.

 

wow that was me in JHS. I used to pick pocket people all the time. I got so good that I'd be right next to the person talking to them and taking their money. Best part, the people around you just watch in shock/amusement.

I always gave the money back BTW (except this one chic I knew cause she was a f-ing bitch).It was just to see what I could do...then i'd say "Excuse me, your wallet dropped or your money bag fell." Really good opener

 

This kind of stuff happens in China all the time. I had a friend that saw someone use long chopsticks to reach into someone's purse, bag, etc. So if any of you plan on going to China don't carry a backpack.

 

This actually happened to my cousin. Freshly married, barely 18 and trying to raise his wife and unborn child in a low rent housing unit. He had borrowed $$ from a few locals to get by until his first check. After working almost 20 hrs a day, he got his first paycheck and went about paying back his loans.

Once he got home, his $$ was gone. Picked on the way home. Great lesson to teach someone who is struggling as it is. People that do that are pathetic in all ways.
