GM is the main culprit here, I don't know what details Honda puts in their system. Also, if I read correctly, it's not the ECU that stores the data, but the SRS system that records things like speed, seat belt usage and airbag deployment for the last 5 seconds before the car had its wheelbase shortened unexpectedly.
