I just love ELO.
Didn't even know they were supposed to be touring. The Moody Blues did very well touring the States during the past 5 years, so I don't believe that BS about the lack of interest in ELO doing the same kind of tour. Maybe they're planning to drag out T-Rex, after the success of his music in "Billy Elliot".
