This was written in Farsi or Persian.
It's literal translation is
"Next morning will come and sky will respond to the bowl of ice."
It's a poem
What it really is saying is that while today might be bad tomorrow will be better
Sort of like the sun will come out tomorrow Annie style.
Or fleetwood mac style Don't stop thinking about tommorow because today is so bad.
