Default Enzo on eBay - Scam or real?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=2429267777

After browsing through the feedback of both the seller and buyers, I'm giving this transaction a 0.1% chance that it will go through. What is the point of placing these ads? The eBay fees for this auction must be enormous.

So it is a fake - What the hell is the point of placing the ad? Just the slim chance that some guy with more money than brains will naively send him a money order for the 15% deposit ($165,000+)?

They listed this a week or two ago and it was a scam then.

Obviously the first auction fell through so now they are running a second.

I thought all Enzo owners had to sell the Enzo back to Ferrari if they ever wanted to sell their cars??

Not sure if auction fake or not but eBay only charges flat insertion and final value fee for selling cars on their site. $50 I think.
