Default Epoxy/painted garage floor

Who here has epoxied (is that what it's called?) their garage floors? I'm probably gonna do this in the next two weeks and I'm looking for any tips suggestions.

What needs to be done to prepare the floor?
What products are needed?
Is it difficult and how much does it cost?

I saw a couple ads in the back of Automobile and Motor Trend magazines for a few different products. I can't remember the names and Im at work so I can't look it up. They were both advertised for $250. Anyone ever used one of these kits?

check out www.griotsgarage.com

They carry the paint/epoxy or tiles and all the other materials you need to dress up your garage floor.

Here's the page on garage floor tiles or mats if you don't feel like painting it.

Do not skimp on prepping the floor. I tried to use the cheapo Home Depot paint and went lazy on the acid etch and the hot tires on the S2000 just lifted the paint right up. I need to start over and do it right this time.

Thats the one from the car mags? Anyone try it?

They advertise it as being $250, but once you add the gloss color finish, it comes to $460, dayyyum.
