Default EU to ban cars in cities by 2050
Cars will be banned from London and all other cities across Europe under a draconian EU masterplan to cut CO2 emissions by 60 per cent over the next 40 years.

let's not sell this as something it's not. It's a "plan" that was drafted and just about everyone in Europe said "Dude, you're fckin tripping we'll come to a standstill".
