I've had people call me when I'm just waking up, and haven't taken my morning piss. It's hard to do, but I've trained myself to piss and work the mute button, while shutting off the flow from time to time to chime in on the conversation. Great skill to have, and comes in handy too

 

You must have some strong muscles to stop yourself pissing.
I've talked on the phone in the bathroom sometimes you can hear it like echo and they wonder how the heck am I doing that.
