Default Excessive noise ticket

hey i got a ticket a couple months back for excessive noise because a cop heard/saw me doing a donut in an industrial park for a video i was making. i argued the ticket and i have the court date coming up. my car is stock engine-wise except for an AEM cai. he didnt right "reckless driving" or "unsafe movement" on the ticket just "excessive noise". is there a way i can get out of this since my car is stock? or possibly for another reason? the only reason i ask is because im sure people on here have gotten excessive noise tickets before.

thanks for any help.

I got out of my excessively loud stereo ticket by telling the judge "but it was the theme from Bonanza!"

i'd take it and not deal cause if you argue it the cop may show up and tell the judge what you were exactly doing. and its not all just recklesss driving, it would be felony vandalism on top of the felony of reckless driving. just keep your mouth shut and pay up

Don't know about Connecticut, but the camera may have been able to get you an "illegal exhibition" ticket too.

Count your blessings.

Hmmm as long as you didnt agrue with the cop or play into the cops "gotcha games" , id call up a ticket clinic or lawyer and should be an easy throwout in court, but id check with a lawyer cause they know this game better than the KrispyKreme lovers
